Artificial intelligence is shaping key areas of air cargo, from pricing and routing to customer communication, often operating behind the scenes with limited visibility. Across the supply chain, AI makes operational and commercial decisions with minimal human intervention, raising questions about where AI acts without oversight and how companies explain outcomes affecting cost, speed, and service quality. Growing reliance on AI also raises questions of accountability when things go wrong, and how to balance transparency with competitive advantage when disclosing AI usage. As these systems become more embedded yet less understood, the industry may face a widening trust gap. These dimensions will be explored in this session.
