GUANGZHOU NANSHA INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS PARK DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD is located in Nansha Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It now holds about 457,000 square meters of bonded land, accounting for about 51% of the total land in the park, and is the largest owner in the zone. At present, we have built and put into use warehouses of about 340,000 square meters (6 warehouses), and plan to build a 5-story warehouse in the first half of 2024, which is expected to add nearly 500,000 square meters of warehouses.

Six standard warehouses of about 340,000 ㎡ have been built ; constant temperature warehouse about 7600 ㎡. Planning to build a five-storey disc road warehouse, the floor area of 400,000 ㎡. Hong Kong Tuen Mun Terminal has 2 warehouses of about 38,000 ㎡ and Hong Kong New Tuen Mun Warehouse of 7,500 ㎡.
