苏州中欧班列经多年运行，班次线路不断拓展，现已发展成进出口双向9条线路，班列可抵达波兰华沙、德国杜伊斯堡和汉堡、芬兰赫尔辛基、意大利米兰和维罗纳、俄罗斯莫斯科、白俄罗斯明斯克、乌兹别克斯坦塔什干、越南河内、老挝万象等“一带一路”沿线城市，初步形成集中欧、中欧、中亚进出口班列为一体的国际铁路货运体系。
“苏州西—洋山港”海铁联运班列
2019年4月，“苏州西—洋山港”海铁联运班列首发，目前已实现“一日双班”常态化运行。多年来，在各合作单位的大力支持下，苏州海铁联运班列凭借准点率高、成本稳定等特点，成为受客户青睐的高效环保的短驳方式，发运量逐年提升，成为苏州与上海洋山港之间一条环保、经济、便捷的“公转铁”多式联运通道。
陆空联运及异地货站
与长三角各机场推出陆空联运服务，与河南省机场集团、无锡苏南国际机场、上海机场集团、东部机场集团合作设立郑州新郑国际机场苏州货站、苏南硕放机场苏州货站、长三角国际空港苏州航空货运中心、南京禄口国际机场苏州货站，采用预安检方式提高企业物流效率。
