The minimum booth area is 12 square meters

When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at transport logistic China. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (online and event directory), one basic entry in the show catalogs as well as worker and exhibitor passes. You will be invoiced separately for an additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with admission invoice by email, which is due immediately. All invoiced amounts on all Messe Muenchen Shanghai Co., Ltd. invoices that are related to the event are to be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor's company name and invoice number.

Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (which leases space from the organizer) must fill out and sign the co-exhibitor application form. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee is 200 euros for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company admitted. The main exhibitor will be charged this fee.

transport logistic China 2026 will be held during June 24-26, 2026 at Shanghai New International Expo Center, together with air cargo China and fresh logistics China. The key facts will be upgraded and will reach the exhibition space of 50,000㎡, gathering 700 exhibitors and 30,000 trade visitors from home and abroad.
